Throughout this time Sharn has been fortunate to meet many people in all different walks of life, introducing her to a world of business, drive, and passion. It was during this time, that she met Kelly Cameron-Tull. Sharn had always wanted to give more back to her communities and had spent time helping others, when Kelly offered her an opportunity to see the world through different eyes again. Sharn was offered an experience to help out in the Korean Orphanage and she jumped at the opportunity.
Sharn hopes that by giving her time, she will be able to make a difference, even if it is a small one in another persons life.

Deborah Finkel

Hi I am Deb mother of four beautiful children, three boys and one girl this is my third Qld Mothers Mission to Korea, I fell in love with Korea in 1998 when I travelled to Korea with my husband to adopt our son Corey who is now almost 13. in 2001 we were blessed with twin boys Bailey & Lachlan almost 9, in 2003 we adopted Haylee now 7 from Korea.
I have visited Korea almost every year, with this being my Eleventh trip to this amazing country, and a chance to catch up with the wonderful Korean people who we have made friends with. So happy to be back helping ESWS and the fantastic work they are doing for young birth mothers and the children they care for. The last 12 years of raising funds and collecting items for ESWS has been so rewarding.
Carol Exton
Wife, mother and grandma with 2 sons and 5 grandchildren, Carol has been working at her current job for 23 years as a Pallet/transport invoice controller , and has taken time off work to travel to Korea, to help ESWS This is Carols third Qld Mothers mission , Carol was a part of the 2008 ,2009 and now the 2010 mission. She has been huge supporter of the fund raising efforts here in Australia. In her spare time Carol and her husband love seeing the Australia country side on their many camping trips.

Ladies this years Mission

Kelly Cameron-Tull is one of Australia’s leading mortgage broker, and she runs a boutique independent mortgage broking business with her husband Brett.
She has made a huge success out of caring for others and giving sound financial advice.
Many of her clients have become personal friends, including the connection that she made some 12 years ago with Stephen and Deborah Finkel.
Kelly’s interest in Korea began when she studied Korean Language at Griffith University back in 1994. She quickly became interested in all facets of Korean language, culture and food, and made friends with several Koreans who she is still friends with today. She studied at Korea University for one year on scholarship, and as soon as she finished university, she flew back to Korea to start work in a merchant bank.
Due to the Asian financial crisis, her work stay in Korea was short-lived, but her passion for the Korean people, and her friends has never left her.
So, 12 years ago, when she went to see clients Stephen and Deborah Finkel about a home loan and their Korean son answered the door, they talked about Korea so much that they had to reschedule an appointment to actually talk about the loan!
Since then, Kelly has visited the ESWS with Deb and Stephen Finkel and has attended previous mothers missions, and she enjoys participating in assisting to raise funds for Dr Kim’s orphanage. Kelly was on the 2008 Qld Mothers mission so this her second Qld Mothers Mission
